Order Process:

At ORIGEN, we want to make sure that you receive your items as soon as possible. In that sense, orders received by 2 PM (CET) will be processed and shipped the same day. Please bear in mind that in special situations when we receive a large number of orders, this process can take up to 3 working days.

If an item is in high demand there may be delays in processing orders while we receive new stock from our suppliers. In these cases, preparation and shipping may take up to 15 days.

We apologize for this delay and we are grateful at the same time, because this means that ORIGEN products are well-received by our fans.

In any case, if you think that your order is taking too long to ship from our store, you can contact us to cancel your purchase and request a refund.


Tracking Your Order:

Check your e-mail regularly to view your order status.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking ID so that you can monitor your shipment status.


At ORIGEN, we work hard to satisfy our clients as fully as possible and we are always looking for ways to improve delivery times.

Our typical delivery times are:


- SEUR: 24h

- CORREOS: 24 / 72h.


For most countries, delivery usually takes 72h. However, this time may extend to 10 days depending on the country. Once this time has passed, you must contact us if you have not received your order.


At ORIGEN, we want our fans from all over the world to enjoy our products. For other countries, due to difficulties and high shipping costs by traditional couriers, we have opted to deliver our products by CORREOS.

However, if you are interested in using a different courier, you can contact us before placing your order at and we will arrange alternative delivery methods.

Items will be delivered in 6-10 days (excluding delays caused by your local customs office).

Delivery times are difficult to determine because your local customs agency may examine your order and take some time before shipping it to you.

Nonetheless, you will be kept informed about your order status at all times.



Taxes & Customs Duties:


We do not charge additional taxes or fees on products shipped to Europe or other EU countries.

Outside EU: Shipments dispatched to non-EU countries are exempt from Spanish taxes. However, destination countries may charge additional taxes or fees. These costs will be determined upon the arrival of the parcel. Taxes can only be paid by the owner of the parcel to the courier or the relevant authorities.

Customs Issues: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the parcel meets customs requirements in the destination country and contains all required information, and for paying the relevant fees. If the parcel does not clear customs, it will be returned to the store.
