Returns & Changes
Your satisfaction comes first. If you change your mind when you receive your order, or the item does not suit you, you can return any purchased items to ORIGEN Official Store, in accordance with applicable regulations, within 15 days from the date of receipt and request a refund.
Since we cannot replace items at the moment, the value of the returned item will be repaid. Any changes will generate a new order number.
ORIGEN will not accept partial returns of items unless the product is defective or can be imputed ORIGEN.
ORIGEN will only accept returns of items that have been kept in the same condition they were delivered. They must be in mint condition and kept in their original package. Otherwise, we reserve the right to bill the customer for the item and any associated costs.
Please note that the refund may take several days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account.
If you consider that upon receipt the product does not meet the terms of the order or is defective, you must contact us immediately through e-mail including the product details and its damage. From there, we will tell you how to proceed and we will provide the address to which it should be sent.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will examine it and will send you an e-mail verifying an item return or replacement. In case of the latter, we will pay the new shipping costs.
You must make the return as soon as possible and, in any event, within 7 days upon receipt of our e-mail after which we will confirm the return or replacement. Please bear in mind that, if you send the return within those 7 days and ORIGEN did not confirm the receipt, the item will be considered to be in your power. The item will not be accepted if 30 days pass after the confirmation of the return.
If you return the item because it is defective, and you do not wish to replace it, you will be reimbursed the full amount of the returned item.
